To deepen thematic research and foster international academic cooperation in vocational education, this journal launches a Special Issue (SI) Collaboration Program with global research institutions, academic conference organizers, and vocational colleges. By focusing on specific themes and integrating high-quality global research, the program aims to produce thematic outcomes with academic influence and practical value, facilitating in-depth exploration and global sharing of solutions to hot-button issues in vocational education.
Partner-Initiated Themes: Prospective partners (e.g., colleges, institutions, conference organizers) submit SI theme proposals aligned with their research strengths or industry needs (including theme background, significance, and objectives) to the editorial board.
Editorial Review and Approval: The editorial board evaluates proposals through expert peer review. Approved themes proceed to global call-for-papers.
Global Submissions: Announcements are distributed via the journal’s website, partner channels, and international academic networks, soliciting original research papers, case reports, or practice summaries.
Quality Assurance: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the editorial board to ensure academic rigor and innovation.
Priority Publication: Accepted papers are compiled into a Special Issue, published as a standalone section in the journal with “Special Issue” branding.
Global Outreach: The SI is distributed internationally via the journal’s website, databases, and partner platforms to maximize impact.
1. Academic Certification: Each paper (including conference papers/abstracts) receives a DOI for easy citation and retrieval.

To support sustainable journal operations and high-quality SI publication, partners are required to cover APCs as follows:
USD: $635 per paper
RMB: ¥4,500 per paper
HKD: HK$4,900 per paper
Inclusions: Peer review, editorial processing, DOI registration, publication, and global promotion costs.
1. Submit Proposal: Partners complete the Special Issue Theme Proposal Form and email it to the editorial board (GCPVE@QQ.COM).
2. Approval Confirmation: The editorial board responds within 10 business days. Upon approval, a collaboration agreement is signed.
3. Call-for-Papers and Review: Partners assist in promoting the call; the journal organizes reviews and provides feedback.
4. Publication and Delivery: Finalized papers are published within 3 months. Partners receive printed SI copies and electronic files.

二、“特刊”合作背景與目標
爲深化職業教育領域專題研究、促進國際學術合作，本刊聯合全球科研機構、學術會議主辦方及職業院校，推出“特刊”（Special Issue）合作出版計劃。通過聚焦特定主題，整合全球優質研究資源，打造具有學術影響力與實踐指導價值的專題成果，助力職業教育領域熱點問題的深度探討與解决方案的全球共享。
三、“特刊”合作模式
1）專題提案
ü 合作方提出主題：意向合作院校、機構或會議主辦方可根據自身研究優勢或行業需求，向期刊編輯部提交“特刊”主題提案（需包含主題背景、研究意義及預期目標）。
ü 期刊審核與立項：編輯部組織編委會專家對提案進行評審，通過後正式立項幷啓動徵稿。
2）徵稿與評審
ü 全球徵稿：通過期刊官網、合作方渠道及國際學術網絡發布徵稿通知，面向全球學者徵集原創研究論文、案例報告或實踐總結。
ü 質量把控：所有投稿均經期刊編委會專家雙盲評審，確保學術嚴謹性與創新性。
3）出版與傳播
ü 優先出版：通過評審的論文將集結爲“特刊”，以獨立欄目形式在期刊正刊中出版，幷標注“特刊”標識。
ü 國際傳播：通過期刊官網、數據庫、及合作平臺全球發行，提升專題影響力。
四、“特刊”論文權益
1) 學術認證：每篇論文（含會議論文或摘要）均分配國際標準DOI專號，便于學術引用與檢索。
2) 開放獲取：論文出版後即開放全文下載，促進知識共享與學術交流。
3) 國際推廣：通過期刊合作網絡，向國際職業教育組織、政策機構及高校定向推送特刊內容。
五、費用說明
爲支持期刊可持續發展及特刊專題的高質量出版，合作方需承擔論文處理費用（Article Processing Charge, APC），具體標準如下：
美元：635元/篇
人民幣：4,500元/篇
港幣：4,900元/篇
費用說明：費用包含論文評審、編輯加工、DOI注册、出版發行及全球推廣成本。
六、合作流程
1) 提交提案：合作方填寫《特刊主題提案表》幷發送至編輯部郵箱（GCPVE@QQ.COM）。
2) 立項確認：編輯部于10個工作日內反饋審核結果，通過後簽署合作協議。
3) 徵稿與評審：合作方協助宣傳徵稿，期刊組織評審幷反饋修改意見。
4) 出版發行：論文定稿後3個月內完成出版，幷向合作方寄送紙質版特刊及電子文件。
