Submission Requirements
Authors must strictly comply with the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. They must ensure that the submission content complies with national laws and regulations and the legal Once a submission is accepted by the journal, the Chinese and English copyrights belong to the journal, including but not limited to the rights of publication, distribution, reproduction, and dissemination. Any illegal, content that endangers national security, or undermines the prosperity and stability of the Hong Kong region. Word count for English submissions: 8,000-12,000 words
Formatting requirements: Authors must format their submissions according to the journal's specified layout requirements (refer to the official website). Submissions that do not comply with the journal's formatting requirements will be "directly rejected" without refund of the submission fee. Please carefully review the submission format before submitting to avoid unnecessary losses.
Plagiarism check rate: The journal conducts a plagiarism check during the initial review. The plagiarism rate must not exceed 15%.
