As an academic society publishing institution, EduTech Press supports the open access model and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.We are committed to eliminating the phenomenon of "double-dipping" (i.e., charging both subscribers and authors, funders, or content already covered by open access agreements for open access fees).
Open Access Fees
The Open Access Fee, also known as the Article Processing Charge (APC), covers the full range of costs associated with open access publishing, including editorial processing, copyediting, data management, proofreading, administrative expenses, and technical support, ensuring that articles are retrievable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. For detailed APCs for each journal, please refer to the table below.

USD: $390 per article
EUR: €330 per article
RMB: ¥2,800 per article
HKD: HK$3,000 per article
Special Issue:
USD: $635 per article
EUR: €530 per article

APCs Refund Policy
1. Global Cases and Practices of Vocational Education provides comprehensive publishing services for the publication of open access articles and the long-term preservation of scientific literature, with the associated costs covered by Article Processing Charges.
2. Should you identify any errors that directly impact the quality of open access services for your article, please contact the journal's production department immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly. If our services fail to meet our company's standards, the publisher may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund of the APCs or a credit towards future publications.
3. APCs that have been paid will not be refunded for articles that are retracted or withdrawn due to author error or academic misconduct.

APCs退款政策
1. 教育与科技出版社为开放获取文章发表及科学文献长期存续提供完整出版服务，相关成本通过文章处理费覆盖。
2. 如发现直接影响您文章开放获取服务质量的错误，请立即联系期刊制作部门。我们将全力及时修正。若服务未达我司标准，出版方将酌情提供全额/部分APC退款或未来发表抵扣额度。
3. 因作者失误或学术不端导致文章撤稿的，已支付的APCs不予退还。
Publication Charges for Books With EduTech Press

EduTech Press publishes books in Open Access on EduTech Online.
Publishing your book in Open Access means that it will be accessible to all at no cost, therefore EduTech Press charges authors/institutions to cover the cost of production. The actual cost will vary based on the material provided by the authors; this could be a PDF or a manuscript that needs editorial work (copyediting, layout, cover, conversion to an ePub format). The online cost includes hosting and indexation of the book.
Benefits of publishing your book in Open Access with EduTech Press: Increased visibility of your work on EduTech Online and through indexation in major databases.
You retain the copyright for your text and authorize EduTech Press to publish the content under a Creative Commons license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).
Your book is indexed in DOI data base to reach an international audience.
