开放获取政策
This journal is a peer-reviewed open access journal, committed to providing unrestricted, immediate, and permanent access to all published content, in full accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. All articles, datasets, and supplementary materials are freely available to readers worldwide, with no financial, legal, or technical barriers beyond access to the internet.
Copyright & Licensing
All articles published in this journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, disseminate, and archive the work. This ensures authors retain full control over their work while supporting broad open access dissemination.
Permissible Uses
Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users are free to:
- Read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles
- Reuse, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use
- Include the work in databases, repositories, educational materials, and other lawful contexts
The only requirement is that users give appropriate credit to the original authors and the journal, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
Attribution Requirements (CC BY 4.0)
When reusing or redistributing this work, users must:
1. Cite the original work clearly, including authors, article title, journal name, publication year, volume/issue, page numbers, and DOI or URL
2. Indicate if the work has been modified from the original version
3. Not apply additional legal or technological restrictions that contradict the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license
No Prior Permission Required
No explicit permission from the authors or the journal is required for any use permitted under the CC BY 4.0 license, provided that appropriate attribution is given and the license terms are observed.
