This journal is committed to providing unrestricted, immediate, and perpetual access to all published content as an open access publication, in full compliance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition. Under this model, all articles, datasets, and supplementary materials are freely available to users worldwide without financial, legal, or technical barriers beyond those inherent in accessing the internet itself.


Permissible Uses


Users, including individuals, educators, researchers, institutions, and the general public, are expressly permitted to:

  • Read, download, and store content for personal or professional use.

  • Copy, distribute, and transmit articles in any medium or format, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors and source.

Specific Requirements under the CC BY 4.0 License Agreement

 

Publications in this journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). When reusing or modifying this content, you must provide appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and source through the following means:

  • Standard Academic Citation: Cite the work using industry-standard formats (e.g., APA, MLA,  Chicago, or citation guidelines specified by the work), including the work’s title, author name(s), and original publication details (e.g., publisher, URL, or DOI).

  • Modification Declaration: If the material has been altered, a clear statement (e.g.,  “This work has been modified from the original version”) must be provided  to indicate such changes.

  • Direct Quotation Guidelines: For content that is directly quoted or substantially  reproduced, explicitly acknowledge the original context and the intent of  the quoted material to prevent misinterpretation.


No Prior Permission Required


None of these activities require prior consent from the publisher or authors, provided that:

  1. The original work is properly cited in all reproductions or derivative works.

  2. The integrity of the content is preserved (e.g., no modification of data or misrepresentation of authorship).

  3. Compliance with any specific license terms (CC BY) attached to individual articles is observed.

Alignment with Global Open Access Principles


This policy supports the broader goals of accelerating scientific discovery, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and promoting equitable access to knowledge by eliminating subscription barriers. It aligns with international frameworks such as the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities and the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science.


Author Rights Retention


Authors retain copyright and grant the journal an exclusive license to publish under the chosen open access model. However, authors are encouraged to archive pre-prints or post-prints in institutional or subject repositories (e.g., arXiv, PubMed Central) to maximize visibility, subject to publisher policies.
