Publication Prcedure
Initial Review and Rejection
The initial review takes 1-5 working days, with approximately 52% of submissions failing the initial review. The main reasons for rejection include:
Content containing illegal information: Submissions contain content that violates the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, or other relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Inconsistent submission theme: The research direction does not align with the journal's scope or mission.
Serious formatting non-compliance: The submission is not formatted according to the journal's requirements (e.g., title format, abstract, references, chart format, etc.).
Insufficient content completeness: Missing key parts (e.g., abstract, data support, conclusion, etc.) or chaotic logical structure.
Low language quality: For non-English journals, language fluency may be required; for English journals, higher standards for grammar and expression apply, and severe issues may lead to direct rejection.
Ethical issues: Involving academic misconduct (e.g., data fabrication, plagiarism, etc.).
Initial plagiarism and AI rate checks: Turnitin plagiarism rate must not exceed 15%, and AI rate must not exceed 19%.
Duplicate submissions or multiple submissions: Submissions that have already been submitted or published in other journals.
Insufficient innovation: The research question lacks novelty and does not demonstrate academic value or practical significance.
